1. Products and Availability

We offer roasted coffee beans and ground coffee in 250g, 500g, and 1kg bags. All products are roasted and packed in London. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products or refuse service.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

4. Shipping

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48® within the UK.

• Standard flat-rate shipping cost: £3.39

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery times are estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-faulty items or opened coffee bags.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at hellocolombiancafe@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will assess and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of COLOMBIANCAFE.CO.UK and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your use of our Website or products. Our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under these laws.
